Usain Bolt vows to not have any more children as his ‘hands are always full’ after welcoming twins

Usain Bolt has vowed not to have any more children after welcoming his twins as well as daughter Olympia and he’s got a very fair point.

The legendary athlete and his long-time partner Kasi Bennett share three children –Olympia Lightning, one, and six-month old twins Thunder and Saint Leo.

‘That’s me, I’m finished – I don’t want any more now,’ the 35-year-old said. ‘Being a dad keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t say fit. It keeps me busy and my hands are always full.’

Usain added to MailOnline: ‘Having twins is not as fun as people say! I think when they get older but when they’re young, not so much. I’m looking forward to seeing them grow up. ‘I had my first child in lockdown, it was good because I spent a lot of quality time and helping out and it was my first experience of being a dad so that was cool.’

There you have it – having twins is so much work that even the world’s fastest man is struggling to keep up.

Usain and Kasi, who have been together for six years, were over the moon to welcome their twins earlier this year.

In the gorgeous shoot, Usain and Kasi are seen dressed up in white and cream outfits with their newborn boys on either side of them. Their one-year-old daughter, Olympia Lightning Bolt, is perched in the middle wearing a pretty dress.

Confirming the babies’ names, Usain captioned the image: ‘Saint Leo Bolt ⚡️ Thunder Bolt ⚡️.’

Kasi also posted footage from the photoshoot showing her and Usain chatting and holding hands while laying down, with Olympia and the twins at their feet.

‘Happy Father’s Day to the greatest man & dad,’ she wrote alongside it.

‘You are the rock of this family and the greatest daddy to our little ones. We love you world without end!’ she added.

Usain retired from sports in 2017 after winning eight Olympic gold medals.
