Many African artists are not known in the United States except Nigerian artistes

“ Out of Africa, people only know Nigerian artists especially here in the United States. I was in Ghana for about 2 months. I came across many artists like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy , Sarkodie etc , but when I got to the States I discovered they are only known in Africa. This is the same thing with many African artists. They are not known outside Africa . Here in the United States everybody knows Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy “ Michael Blackson

According to Michael Blackson, Many African artists are not known in the United States except Nigerian artistes .No wonder Shatta had a very terrible concert there last time.

Well, there is so much to learn from this, Davido, Burna and Wizkid are consistent, they have their record labels and the same time have partnerships with the biggest labels in the world who invest everything to market their craft beyond Africa.
