He noted that the visionary leadership of Lt.Gen Faruk Yahaya is what has projected the Nigerian Army in a positive lane that is winning the support for the Army.

“It is a fact that for almost a year now, the Nigerian Army has had several victories without making too much noise.

“Terrorists and all criminals now know that it is not business as usual as they have been crushed by the superior powers of the Nigerian Army troops all over the country”.

Dr. Mike Uyi GPMI President-General

“Haven seen the success of the tour in Europe, we shall resume the same tour in Nigeria, visiting the whole states of the federation canvassing for support for the Nigerian Army to ensure they get the needed support to end the war against insurgency, insecurity and other forms of criminality in the country”.

He emphasized that the Army can only succeed if members of every community can empower the Army with relevant information that can guide the Army to flush out the bad elements in our society and country at large.

“Some of these bad elements are living in our communities and it is only when we identify them to the Army, they have little or nothing to do for us”.

“Let’s not forget, the Boko Haram, insurgents, and other criminals are not fighting the Army but the country as a whole. We must rise to the occasion by supporting the Army”.
