Welcome to our July edition of A-CHOICES Magazine where we celebrate all that we love about being Africans. This edition ushers us into the first month of the second half of the year and so far, it has been an incredible journey with you our readers.

On the cover of this edition is Melissa Mulungi, a Ugandan singer based in The Netherlands.

Away from her unmissable looks, Melissa has vocals to die for. I caught up with the singing beauty to chat about the interesting and challenging points of her promising career:

 At three years old, Mulungi was already in the church choir and that is where her

love for music started. 

Her hit song titled “One Life” which featured  Benji  Kasule   was a hit

for many music lovers both in the diaspora and back home in Uganda. You’d find her journey an interesting read.
